Seller Policies

As a user of this website, you MUST abide by our company policies. Failure to do so can result in disciplinary action leading up to or resulting in warnings, termination of account, and/or funds being taken from a non-compliant sale.


As a seller, you MUST follow our Roundtable guarantee, as outlined in detail in our FAQ page. Failure to comply with these methods of sale can result in The Gaming Grounds seizing funds up to the total sale price of the item plus original shipping from your bank account on file.


As a seller, you must personally store proper documentation of the sales process as outlined in our FAQ page. If a dispute is opened, you will be asked to share this documentation and information with The Gaming Grounds to complete the dispute.


AS A SELLER, YOU MUST INCLUDE A HANDWRITTEN "TAG" (PIECE OF PAPER) NEXT TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL IN YOUR PICTURES OF YOUR ITEM(S). THIS TAG MUST INCLUDE YOUR USERNAME AND/OR BUSINESS NAME AND THE CURRENT DATE OF LISTING (WITHIN 7 DAYS).THIS IS 100% MANDATORY UNTIL YOU REACH 100 POSITIVE FEEDBACK WITH MINIMAL NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE CAN AND WILL RESULT IN DELETION OF YOUR LISTINGS, SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, AND A POSSIBLE TERMINATION. SELLERS WITH LESS THAN 100 POSITIVE FEEDBACK WHO HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL POSITIVE FEED BACK ON OTHER WEBSITES MAY EMAIL US AT support@thegaminggrounds.com FOR SPECIAL PERMISSIONS TO POST PHOTOS WITHOUT TIMESTAMPS. FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE LEGITIMATE AND VERY HIGHLY RATED SELLER PROFILES FROM OTHER WEBSITES MAY CONTACT US FOR SPECIAL PERMISSION TO OMIT TIMESTAMPS FOR THEIR PHOTOS.


Once a Roundtable Dispute is opened, you must share your documentation. If your documentation of the sales process (video documentation and/or tracking information) is insufficient, you may be liable to refund all or part of the funds of the transaction to the buyer. Failure to do so gives The Gaming Grounds authority to do so on your behalf without any obstacle.


As a seller you are to ship your item within 72 hours of the purchase date and time. The purchase date is the hour in which the buyer has successfully purchased the item. For example, if a buyer purchases an item on Monday at 3 P.M. EST, you must confirm shipping by Thursday of the same week by 3 P.M. EST. This means a TRACKING NUMBER (if applicable) must be uploaded by this time. Failure to upload tracking information in this timely manner MAY result in disciplinary action UP TO a written warning and/or termination of your account.


Failure to respond to a Roundtable dispute as a seller within 96 hours of the opening date will result in an AUTOMATIC LOSS. If you fail to respond within 96 hours of the dispute, you authorize The Gaming Grounds to fully refund your buyer 100% of their purchase price including shipping.


When selling loose, SEALED booster packs, YOU MUST STATE IF THEY ARE WEIGHTED OR NON-WEIGHTED. If several complaints surface about tampered or weighted booster packs, your account privileges may be SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED.


You MUST adhere to our pre-set shipping rates. If you attempt to solicit a customer for additional shipping charges you may face disciplinary action up to and not limited to a limited or lifetime ban from The Site.


You MAY NOT conduct transactions for products listed on The Gaming Grounds outside of The Gaming Grounds. All transactions must be conducted on the website. Failure to do so will result in an immediate termination of your account privileges. We have digital measures in place which will CLOSELY MONITOR all of your communications on The Gaming Grounds. Any and all sales of any items conducted outside of www.TheGamingGrounds.com will not be mediated or moderated by The Gaming Grounds in any way, shape, or form - written or implied and will be subject to disciplinary action(s).


Sellers MUST record, retain, and provide the following documentation after a successful purchase has been completed:


1. Seller MUST record a video of them properly packaging the contents of the sale into a proper shipping container or mailer. The mailer or container MUST have the BUYERS NAME AND ADDRESS already written or printed onto it.


2. Seller MUST record a video of mailing of UNTRACKED SHIPMENTS and contact the customer to let them know their item(s) have been shipped. Video evidence does NOT have to be sent to the Buyer when you ship their item. It SHOULD be kept for a minimum of 30 days after the items are shipped.


3. Seller MUST upload tracking information of tracked packages within the allotted 72-hour timeframe.


Failure to adhere to any of the above policies is considered non-compliant behavior, and may be subject to disciplinary action.


If the Buyer receives a different shipping container containing different contents from the one that was originally documented in the Packaging video, the Seller may be liable for the entire purchase amount of the product to be refunded to the Buyer. Our RoundTable Knight Dispute Specialist team is extremely experienced at identifying a fraudelent buyer who attempts to alter packages received.


If the Buyer receives contents whose condition is significantly different from the original perceived condition due to improper packaging, the Buyer may be entitled to a refund of the entire purchase amount plus original shipping cost(s).


If a shipping delay occurs outside of the responsibility of www.TheGamingGrounds.com or The Seller, The Buyer is liable for the delay and/or missing product that may result from the delay. By selling on The Site, you agree to release The Site from ALL liability of incorrect or missing items received or not received.
